Start – Ensenada
We meet in Ensenada, where we adjust bikes and gear before starting this adventure. -
Km 0 – Tour Start
We begin cycling along a scenic bike path towards the National Park, always accompanied by the imposing view of Osorno Volcano. -
Km 6 – First viewpoint
First stop to admire the Petrohué River, famous for its intense turquoise color and volcanic origin. -
Km 10 – Petrohué Waterfalls
Pause at the famous Petrohué Waterfalls, where water powerfully erupts between solidified lava formations, creating one of southern Chile's most iconic postcards. -
Intermediate viewpoints
We continue the journey through evergreen native forest, with stops at different viewpoints to observe volcanoes, local wildlife, and unique landscapes. -
Km 16 – Todos los Santos Lake
We arrive at our final destination: an emerald-colored lake surrounded by mountains and volcanoes. Time to rest, contemplate, and enjoy the surroundings. -
Return – 16 km
Return along the same route, completing a total of 32 km of experience.
*Personalize your experience* For those who wish to enjoy a gastronomic break during the adventure, it is possible to add a lunch stop at a local restaurant. This option requires prior coordination and has an additional cost.
Requirements:
- Minimum age 12 years.
- Good health; this activity is not suitable for people with heart problems or pregnant women.
- Minimum number of participants for the activity to take place: 2
- Not permitted under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Nómada Chile, we plan each experience in advance, coordinating guides, transportation, equipment, and logistics to offer a safe and quality activity. Therefore, we ask you to review our cancellation policy before making your reservation.
Cancellations made by the participant:
- Cancellations notified more than 3 days in advance of the activity date will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made between 2 days before the activity will be entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows on the day of the activity, will not be entitled to a refund.
No-show policy:
Due to logistical planning, slot reservations, guide coordination, and associated operating costs, reservations marked as No Show will not be entitled to a full or partial refund.
It is the responsibility of each participant to:
- Review the information sent after booking.
- Arrive at the meeting point at the indicated time.
- Consider possible delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or personal unforeseen events.
If you are unable to attend, we recommend informing us as far in advance as possible to evaluate alternatives, which will be subject to availability and current cancellation policies.
Nómada Chile reserves the right to start activities at the scheduled time to guarantee the experience and safety of all participants.
Rescheduling:
We understand that unforeseen events may arise. Whenever availability exists, reservations may be rescheduled at no additional cost if the request is made at least 72 hours in advance.
Requests made outside this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to availability.
Cancellations due to weather or safety conditions:
The safety of our participants is our priority. If weather conditions, river flow, or other external factors pose a risk to the activity, Nómada Chile may modify, reschedule, or cancel the experience.
In these cases, participants may choose to:
- Reschedule the activity for a new available date.
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation due to minimum number of participants:
Some activities require a minimum number of participants to be carried out safely and operationally viable.
If the required minimum is not reached, Nómada Chile may reschedule the activity or cancel it. In this case, the participant may choose between:
- Rescheduling for a new available date.
- Receiving a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Refund process:
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used to make the reservation.
Accreditation times may vary depending on the banking institution or payment platform used by the participant.
